This is the first blog on Baby Shoot. I have been photographing Newborns or Babies for few months and I captured 5-6 Babies through my lens.
Every Baby’s personality develops as early as their infant stage and I love to capture that. All photographs are conceptualized and captured keeping in mind Baby’s progress and capabilities. My Baby’s stories are like, flipping over, sitting up right, walking with support, funny expressions, which are very much personal and meaningful to you.
6th month of a Baby is definitely the most magical ever. We are experiencing so many changes, both physical and mental in every Baby. This is unbelievable. Baby’s hand control is developed enough that he/she can pulled any object towards him/her. Once he/she learns to grab a toy, he/she will start to practice moving objects from one hand to other. He/she may discover that letting go of something is as much fun as picking it up. Once he/she understands the concept of cause and effect, Baby’s world will become more interesting and yours, a good deal messier.
This 5th/6th month stage however, is rather interesting. The things, they do at this age, are weirdly never done in their life again unless posed. This is the true story of the 6th month.
Having developed much stronger personalities now, I always tell moms not to miss this 6th month stage. And, as it is their Half Birthday, another reason to celebrate this.
One thing you can notice Babies are very energetic after a good nap and feed, mighty strong. These excited little dolls, who’re extremely happy when interacted with and want to communicate with, have so much to say. The number of smiles are more and giving me more freedom to play around with a few props. While some of them sit independently, others are made to sit in baskets with their back support and safety.
I hope my write up and gallery help you understand why I insist on capturing this 6th month stage. If you have any tips of your own, or of course any questions, please add them in the comments section below.
